Maximum speeds on interstate highways--Violation as misdemeanor.
Except as
provided pursuant to § 32-25-7, no person may drive a vehicle upon the national system of interstate
highways at a speed in excess of seventy-five miles per hour. A violation of this section is a Class
2 misdemeanor.
