Speed limit at obstructed railway crossings--Violation as misdemeanor.
When
approaching within fifty feet of a grade crossing of any railway when the driver's view is obstructed,
the maximum speed shall be fifteen miles per hour. A driver's view is obstructed if at any time
during the last two hundred feet of his approach to such crossing he does not have a clear and
uninterrupted view of any traffic on such railway for a distance of four hundred feet in each
direction. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
