32-22-42.13.
Single trip permit.
An individual who is cited for not having an oversize or
overweight permit may be issued a single trip permit by the highway patrol or ports of entry to allow
the continued movement of the vehicle, if the issuance of the permit is consistent with the standards
set forth in the Department of Transportation rules governing oversize and overweight permits.
