Books of single trip permits--Payment of fee--Designation of routes.
The Division
of Highway Patrol shall provide for the publication, sale, and delivery of books containing single trip
permits, in multiples of ten, upon application made therefor and payment in advance of the total
permit fee, for the transportation of oversize or overweight vehicles over a designated route or routes
under rules adopted by the transportation commission pursuant to chapter 1-26.
