Exemption of vehicles used to transport farm commodities or implements.
A
motor vehicle owned by a farmer used to transport his own farm commodities or farm implements
is exempt from the size limitations prescribed pursuant to §§ 32-22-3 and 32-22-14, except for travel
on the interstate highway system.
