Operating under the influence.
The operator of a snowmobile shall be deemed
the driver or operator of a motor vehicle within the meaning of chapter 32-23 and is subject to all
the provisions of chapter 32-23 relating to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor,
drugs, or otherwise therein provided and is punishable thereunder for any violation of that chapter.
