Directional turn signals required--Misdemeanor--Motorcycles and agricultural
vehicles excepted.
It is a Class 2 misdemeanor for any person to sell or offer for sale any new motor
vehicle, excepting motorcycles, farm tractors, and vehicles used primarily for the distribution and
application of agricultural fertilizer or chemicals, when drawn by another vehicle, unless it is
equipped with directional turn signals.
