     32-12A-7.   Qualifications of commercial motor vehicle drivers. Each commercial motor vehicle driver shall meet the minimum standards and qualifications established under this chapter and in accordance with 49 C.F.R. subpart 383.23 as amended through January 1, 2005. Each commercial motor vehicle driver shall obtain a commercial driver license.
