Prior convictions information required on school bus operator application.
A
school bus operator shall certify on his application that he has not been convicted of the offense of
driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs within the
three years immediately preceding the application or any offense involving moral turpitude.
