     32-12A-2.   Effect of conflict with general driver licensing provisions. To the extent that §§ 32-12A-1 to 32-12A-48, inclusive, 32-12A-49, and 32-12A-50 to 32-12A-56, inclusive, conflict with the general driver licensing provisions of chapter 32-12, §§ 32-12A-1 to 32-12A-48, inclusive, 32-12A-49, and 32-12A-50 to 32-12A-56, inclusive, prevail. Where §§ 32-12A-1 to 32-12A-48, inclusive, 32-12A-49, and 32-12A-50 to 32-12A-56, inclusive, are silent, the general driver licensing provisions of chapter 32-12 apply.
