Classes of vehicles--Qualifications and examination.
The secretary of the
Department of Public Safety may adopt rules and regulations setting forth qualifications necessary
for the safe operation of various types, sizes, or combinations of vehicles and shall appropriately
examine each applicant to determine his qualifications according to the general class of license for
which application has been made.
