Motor vehicle powers of Department of Revenue and Regulation.
The Department
of Revenue and Regulation shall exercise the powers, and have charge of and perform functions,
duties, and services with respect to the registration and licensing of motor vehicles and motor vehicle
dealers, testing and approval of lamps and flares, compensation for unusual use of the highways,
motor vehicle titles and drivers' permits, financial responsibility and accident reporting, including
all such functions provided by this title.
