102-1. Fees to Accompany Request for Confirmation of Solicitation Exemption.

A fee of five dollars shall accompany the filing of a request for confirmation of the availability of an exemption under Sections 33-55-50 or 33-55-60 of the 1976 Code. This rule will become effective January 7, 1976.
