Whenever any rule, entered into under the provisions of this chapter, shall
concern the title to real estate, the referees shall report their proceedings,
with a plat of the real estate in question showing the title as affected by
their decisions; and if their report is finally received, a copy of the report
and plat, certified by the clerk of the court where the rule is entered, shall
be recorded in the records of land evidence in the town or city in which the
estate shall be, and the expense of the record shall be a part of the costs of
the party against whom the referees shall have decided, unless otherwise agreed.
