A married woman may sell and convey directly to, or may take directly from, her
husband or any other person any estate or interest in any real or personal
property in the same manner and with the same effect as if she were single and
unmarried. Nothing contained in this section shall be construed to support any
transfer made between husband and wife in fraud of creditors.
