§ 765.04. Environmental division jurisdiction not abrogated.
The provisions of this chapter are in addition to, and not in abrogation of, any other jurisdiction the environmental division of any municipal court has to enforce any code, ordinance, resolution, or regulation described in division (A) of
section 765.01 of the Revised Code.
