§ 763.05. Contract with entity to act as agency.
To the extent permitted by federal law, including subpart F of 5 C.F.R. part 900, and the Revised Code, the chief elected official of a municipal corporation that, for the purpose of
Chapter 6301. of the Revised Code, is the type of local area defined in division (A)(1) of
section 6301.01 of the Revised Code may enter into a written contract with a private or government entity, including a public or private college or university, for the entity to act as the municipal corporation's workforce development agency. The entity with which the chief elected official contracts is not required to be located in the municipal corporation.
