[§ 3734.02.3] § 3734.023. "Off-site infectious waste treatment facility" and "treatment facility" defined.
  

As used in sections 3734.024 [3734.02.4], 3734.025 [3734.02.5], and 3734.026 [3734.02.6] of the Revised Code, "off-site infectious waste treatment facility" and "treatment facility" mean an infectious waste treatment facility for which a license is required under division (B) of section 3734.05 of the Revised Code. "Off-site infectious waste treatment facility" and "treatment facility" also include a solid waste incineration facility for which the license issued under division (A)(1) of section 3734.05 of the Revised Code includes the notation authorizing the treatment of infectious wastes made pursuant to division (B)(3) of that section.
