§ 3318.47. Career-technical school building assistance fund.
There is hereby created in the state treasury the career-technical school building assistance fund. Money in the fund shall be used solely to provide interest-free loans to school districts, including joint vocational school districts, under
sections 3318.48 and
3318.49 of the Revised Code to assist in financing the construction of new vocational classroom facilities, the renovation of existing vocational classroom facilities, or the purchase of vocational education equipment or facilities. Moneys in the fund shall consist of transfers made to the fund, any interest earned by the fund, and repayments of loans made under
sections 3318.48 and
3318.49 of the Revised Code. Investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.

The effective date is set by § 612.12 of 151 v H 66.
Effect of Amendments
151 v H 66, effective June 30, 2005, substituted "career-technical" for "vocational", and corrected internal references.
