[§ 3307.21.4] § 3307.214. Notice to new teacher concerning election of plan.
  

On receipt of notice under section 3307.212 [3307.21.2] of the Revised Code of the employment of a new teacher, the state teachers retirement system shall inform the teacher of the requirements of section 3307.25 of the Revised Code and the provisions of sections 3307.88 and 3307.881 [3307.88.1] of the Revised Code.
