    §   221-a.  Backstretch  employees  drug  and  alcohol  rehabilitation
  eligibility. Any licensed non-for-profit organization providing drug and
  alcohol rehabilitation services to backstretch employees  shall  receive
  information  concerning  available  funding and existing programs from a
  coordinated  effort  of  the  board  and  division  of  substance  abuse
  services.
