    §  7-101  Bond  to be executed by corporation counsel. The corporation
  counsel shall execute a bond to the city,  in  the  penal  sum  of  five
  thousand dollars, conditioned for the faithful performance of the duties
  of  that office. Such bond shall contain one or more sureties, who shall
  be approved by the comptroller.
