40-11-21. Action to declare mother and child relationship.

Any interested party may bring an action to determine the existence or nonexistence of a mother and child relationship. Insofar as practicable, the provisions of the Uniform Parentage Act [ 40-11-1 NMSA 1978] applicable to the father and child relationship apply.
