The commission may grant to on-premises licensees operating from permanent, immovable premises permission to extend service for beverages and liquor to any clearly defined area, including but not limited to, rooms, patios, or swimming pool areas located on the premises or to an outside caf%21e-style area where licensed by ordinance and with written approval of local officials.
