License, certificate, or registration; revocation or suspension; duties of Attorney General and county attorney.
The Attorney General shall comply with such directions of the Department of Health and Human Services Regulation and Licensure or of the Director of Regulation and Licensure and prosecute such action on behalf of the state, but the county attorney of any county where a licensee, certificate holder, or registrant has practiced, at the request of the Attorney General or of the department, shall appear and prosecute such action.
