Section 71-132
Examinations; identity of applicants; nondisclosure.

All examinations in theory shall be in writing, and the identity of persons taking the same shall not be disclosed upon the examination paper in such a way as to enable the professional board to know by whom written. In examinations in practice, the identity of the candidate shall also be concealed as far as possible, and the board members shall in every way endeavor to carry out the spirit of this section.
