Credential; availability; use of terms.
Every person credentialed under the Uniform Licensing Law to practice a profession shall keep the credential available in an office or place in which he or she practices and shall show such proof of credentialing upon request.
On all signs, announcements, stationery, and advertisements of persons credentialed to practice osteopathic medicine, chiropractic, podiatry, optometry, audiology, speech-language pathology, medical nutrition therapy, professional counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health practice, massage therapy, physical therapy, or alcohol and drug counseling shall be placed the word Osteopathic Physician, Chiropractor, Podiatrist, Optometrist, Audiologist, Speech-Language Pathologist, Medical Nutrition Therapist, Professional Counselor, Social Worker, Master Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Alcohol and Drug Counselor, as the case may be.
