Section 71-103
Licenses, certificates, and registrations; qualifications.

No person shall be licensed, certified, or registered to practice a profession under the Uniform Licensing Law until he or she has furnished satisfactory evidence to the department that he or she has attained the age of majority and is of good moral character.
