     46-8-211. (Temporary) Office of appellate defender -- appellate defender -- hiring -- dismissal -- staff. (1) There is an office of appellate defender.
     (2) The appellate defender must be hired by and shall serve at the pleasure of the appellate defender commission.
     (3) The appellate defender shall hire and supervise the work of supporting personnel authorized by the commission. (Repealed effective July 1, 2006--secs. 74, 80(2), Ch. 449, L. 2005.)
