545.800. Whenever an indictment is found, or an information filed, in a court of record, it shall be the duty of the clerk, upon the request of the defendant therein, to make out and deliver to him a copy of such indictment or information with all endorsements thereon.

(1963) Trial court's action in overruling defendant's objection to going to trial on grounds that he had not been served with copy of information made before the voir dire examination but after plea of not guilty had been entered was not error as objection came too late and defendant had had reasonable time to prepare defense.
