545.340. Disobedience to any such subpoena shall be punished in the same manner and upon like proceedings as provided by law in civil cases; and every delinquent witness shall be liable to the party at whose instance he was summoned, in the same manner and to the same extent as in cases of witnesses summoned in a civil suit.
