544.660. Whenever two successive writs of scire facias shall have been issued upon any forfeited recognizance or bail bond, and return shall be made on each of said writs by the sheriff or marshal that any of the parties therein cannot be found, such two returns shall be deemed a sufficient service upon the person as to whom such returns were made.
