542.070. Every recognizance to keep the peace, taken by any associate circuit judge pursuant to the foregoing provisions, or pursuant to any other statute, shall be transmitted by such associate circuit judge to the clerk of the proper court of the county, on or before the first day of the term of such court next to be holden after taking the same.
