     631.43 Sentence when punishment not prescribed. 


    When no punishment is provided by statute, the court shall 
 sentence the convicted person to a term of imprisonment that, in 
 view of the degree and aggravation of the offense, is not cruel, 
 unusual, or repugnant to the person's constitutional rights.
