     617.297 Evidence of adherence to motion picture rating 
  system.  


    In any proceeding or prosecution involving the exhibitor or 
 owner of any motion picture theatre, evidence of compliance or 
 noncompliance with and adherence to a rating system recognized 
 in the motion picture industry is admissible.
