     611A.63 Enforcement of board's orders.  

    If a person refuses to comply with an order of the board or 
 asserts a privilege to withhold or suppress evidence relevant to 
 a claim, the board may make any just order including denial of 
 the claim, but may not find the person in contempt.  If 
 necessary to carry out any of its powers and duties, the board 
 may petition the district court for an appropriate order, but 
 the court may not find a person in contempt for refusal to 
 submit to a mental or physical examination.
