     72B.14 Violations.  


    A person who violates sections 72B.01 to 72B.14, or the 
 terms of any license or permit under sections 72B.01 to 72B.14, 
 or any lawful order of the commissioner in accordance with 
 sections 72B.01 to 72B.14, shall be subject to a fine imposed by 
 the commissioner, not in excess of $500, which may be imposed in 
 addition to the penalties prescribed in the provisions dealing 
 with the suspension or revocation of licenses or permits.
