     72A.38 Constitutionality.  


    If any provision of sections 72A.33 to 72A.39 or the 
 application thereof to any person or circumstances is held 
 invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or 
 application of sections 72A.33 to 72A.39 which can be given 
 effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this 
 end the provisions of sections 72A.33 to 72A.39 are declared to 
 be severable.
