     72A.09 Violations where offense is not specifically 
  designated.  


    Whoever violates any provision of the insurance law where 
 the nature of the offense is not specifically designated herein 
 shall be guilty, for the first offense, of a misdemeanor, and 
 for each subsequent offense, of a gross misdemeanor.
