     514.44 Allowance and issue of writ.  

    The affidavit for such attachment shall be made by or in 
 behalf of the plaintiff, shall be entitled in the action, shall 
 set forth the amount of indebtedness secured by the lien and 
 then unpaid, with the name of the debtor, and a copy of the lien 
 statement shall be attached thereto as an exhibit.  No other 
 averments shall be necessary therein.  Any judge of the district 
 or the court commissioner of any county therein may allow the 
 writ, and upon the filing of the affidavit and order of 
 allowance with the court administrator the writ shall issue 
 forthwith.
