     254.07 Commissioner of human services, powers.  


    The commissioner of human services shall have the 
 supervision and control of the Willmar Regional Treatment Center 
 and may provide employment for patients committed thereto at 
 such occupation as provided by the rules adopted by the 
 commissioner of human services.
