     246.58 Labor accounts; use of profits. 

    Profits accrued by reason of operation of diversified labor 
 accounts at any public institution under the control of the 
 commissioner of human services may be used at the direction of 
 the superintendent of the institution for the purchase of 
 occupational therapy equipment.
