     243.1608 Application of interstate compact. 

    The Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision under 
 section 243.1605 applies in all adult offender supervision 
 proceedings where the first meeting of the interstate commission 
 created under section 243.1605 has occurred and the other states 
 involved in adult offender supervision have adopted a similar 
 compact.  In all other cases, the Interstate Compact for the 
 Supervision of Parolees and Probationers under section 243.16 
 applies.
