     242.385 The Minnesota Correctional Facility-Lino Lakes. 

    Subdivision 1.    Establishment.  There is hereby 
 established the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Lino Lakes, at 
 Lino Lakes, Minnesota, to which may be delivered persons 
 committed to the commissioner of corrections by the courts of 
 this state who, in the opinion of the commissioner, may benefit 
 from the programs available thereat.  The general control and 
 management of the facility shall be under the commissioner of 
 corrections.
