     241.271 Reimbursement of counties and municipalities; 
  budget request.  


    The Department of Corrections shall include in its budget 
 requests such amounts as may be claimed by any county or 
 municipality necessary to reimburse said county or municipality 
 for expenses of a county attorney or sheriff or municipal police 
 department resulting from activities involving inmates of state 
 correctional institutions located in its county or municipality.
