     237.05 Enforcement authority. 


    The department shall see that the provisions of section 
 237.04 are enforced; and, for that purpose shall have power to 
 cause the removal or reconstruction of such telephone, 
 telegraph, electric light, power, or other electric wires of any 
 kind crossing or paralleling such other lines and not in 
 accordance with the orders and rules issued by the department.
