     232.25 Penalty. 

    A person who violates the provisions of sections 232.20 to 
 232.25 is guilty of a misdemeanor.  The department may, if it 
 finds after a hearing that any of the provisions of sections 
 232.20 to 232.25 have been violated by a person holding a 
 license to operate a public grain warehouse, suspend or revoke 
 the license.  In case of revocation, no new license shall be 
 granted to the person whose license was revoked nor to any one 
 either directly or indirectly engaged in the licensed business 
 for two years.
