     31.031 Injunction proceedings.  

    In addition to the remedies hereinafter provided and 
 irrespective of whether there exists an adequate remedy at law, 
 the commissioner is hereby authorized to apply to the district 
 courts of this state, and other appropriate courts, for a 
 temporary restraining order or a temporary or permanent 
 injunction restraining any person from violating any provisions 
 of section 31.02, and prohibiting any person from engaging in 
 any actions which the commissioner deems likely to cause or 
 result in violations of section 31.02.
