     144E.286 Examiner qualifications for emergency medical 
  technician testing.

    Subd. 3.    Examiner qualifications.  An examiner 
 testing EMT, EMT-I, or EMT-P practical skills must be certified 
 at or above the level the examiner is testing or must be a 
 registered nurse, physician, or physician assistant.  A 
 physician must be available to answer questions relating to the 
 evaluation of skill performance at the EMT-I and EMT-P practical 
 examination.
