     136D.26 District contributions, disbursements, contracts.


    The participating school districts may contribute funds to 
 the board.  Disbursements shall be made by the board in 
 accordance with sections 123B.14, 123B.143, and 123B.147.  This 
 board shall be subject to section 123B.52, subdivisions 1, 2, 3, 
 and 5.
